When you contact us

We receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company and message. We use it to respond, discuss the work and manage our relationship with you. Contact form messages are delivered through Resend to our Google Workspace inbox.

Website data

This public evaluations website does not load advertising trackers or session recording tools. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery, reliability and security.

Evaluation data

Please do not send candidate records or confidential client information in an initial inquiry. Before an evaluation, we agree on the data, approved tools, access and retention. We start with redacted or synthetic examples wherever possible. Any use of an external AI provider is agreed before data is shared with it.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry information while it is needed to handle the conversation and any resulting work, or to meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, email axel@funnexai.com.
